Been there a few times (it's close to my workplace). I had to wait at least 10 minutes (usually). Staff members ale slow and most of the time also not nice to customers. I forgot my ticket once - in this case you have to wasit 30 days more and them come and claim your things again - not sure how it will be solved after 1 month delay. I offered my ID card so they could make a copy or create a documentation, I've described items I left there for cleaning. I've also talked with a lady who took my clothes 3 days before I came to pick it up. Didn't help at all.

Well, I guess I should have put it on a review. I had my cap cleaned, which had a few stains from the sweat from the trips. I didn't expect miracles, but .. When I came for her, there was practically not a single change in her. Ok, I expected it wouldn't work. But the approach where I said there was no change stopped me. A very "nice" woman behind the counter said to me that what I expected was not possible. As if she said something like "Sorry, it didn't work, we tried." I would have waved at that hand, but this only made me angry. I only give 3 stars because of the lady I handed the hat to, because she was nice and she is a pity for this place.

I had one complete suit and one separate jacket cleaned, I paid about 600 CZK for it. After picking it up, I wanted to complain about it, because it all really smelled like a bulge, I didn't ventilate it even after two weeks in the air. Two ladies speaking broken Czech convinced me that they really don't feel anything about it and that I can't expect it to smell, because it doesn't wash wet in the washing machine, but it is only cleaned chemically. They advised me to spray it in Cologne and refuse to accept the complaint, so I will probably have to have it cleaned up after another company. OK, I didn't expect it to smell of fabric softener, but it would be nice if it didn't at least smell like I couldn't put it in the company ... edit: a tailor-made wool suit can be considered destroyed after inspection by the manufacturer, probably an unreasonably high temperature or an unsuitable chemical caused the burning (hence the "crack"), shrinkage or twisting of the material. Repair will be expensive ...

I had a lot of expensive washing ... and the result was that the clothes smell incredibly musty ... I would expect another service at that price ...
