I chose the moving services of this company based on positive reviews, but my experience is completely different. Mr. Schimmerl and I have agreed to move my apartment and my friend's apartment to a new one, sending three people, a large upholstered car, and in five hours we have both apartments moved. On the day of the move, half an hour after the movers were supposed to be there, I called out what was going on and if they had forgotten me. I got the answer that the guys who were supposed to move me are standing with their car for an hour in front of a lady who doesn't have the keys to a new apartment. I thought that was an excuse and they just forgot about me, because maybe they would call me on their own and not wait for me to call them where they are. Plus, I don't understand how they wanted to move someone in front of me when they were supposed to be with me at nine in the morning. So in the end, they came to me an hour later in a different line-up, in two and with a van without upholstery, which didn't even fit everything, so they had to move me more than twice. When they moved their girlfriend, they went with her things to a customer to assemble the machine, because they simply had already agreed, and then returned with them to unload them in a new apartment. It was eleven o'clock in the end of five o'clock, and instead of unpacking peacefully, I barely managed to put together a bed so we could have somewhere to sleep. I would somehow survive all this and keep the whole experience to myself, but I am incredibly bothered by Mr. Schimmerle's approach to claiming the locker they had wiped out during the move. For almost two months now, I have been calling him week after week and asking him what the complaint looks like and I still hear only some excuses and nothing is happening. That's why I decided to write this review in the hope that it will finally be resolved. It's an ordinary Ikea cabinet for three thousand, so I don't understand why it's such a problem. The movers even told me that they had an agreement with Ikea and could only buy damaged parts and replace them for me. But everything is supposedly being solved for a month by a liquidator, about whom Mr. Schimmerle does not want to give me contact, so in my opinion he is just foggy and waiting for me to give it up. So I hope this review cost him three thousand. I give two stars because they actually did their job and moved us, but everything around was a disaster.

I can not recommend. A completely different price than the original deal. I take it as a very improper deal.
