The following approach is the order of the day: 1) It does not ring, even if the person is obviously at home. 2) An official letter consignment with a strip, which is to be delivered immediately after the expiration of the storage period, can be delivered in UP TO 3 WEEKS. They are indifferent to the fact that I will miss the opportunity to attend the Real Estate Cadastre meeting. Similarly, the partners did not deliver a receipt with the overpayment, on the grounds that there is NO MARKED BOX! The complaint was resolved in Bohunice, with zero result. When the same thing happened for the second time in about 3 months, it is said that they have ONLY unreliable part-time workers. What do I care! @! 3) When I wanted a delivery note for a registered shipment, which was not completed at the table, so that I could write it down in peace, so that I should wait until he served three clients in front of me. ... Then I had to wait again with a registered letter for another queue! @! 4) Twice the ladies returned the shipment to the sender, BEFORE the expiration of the storage period, which I had extended due to my stay outside the Czech Republic. Honestly the worst post office I've ever visited. Following the introduction of the new call system, the level has decreased even further. One intentionally set up a data box so that he didn't have to go to the post office and sometimes wait for queues, but unfortunately his letters still go to this post office. Preference is always given to those who go to pick up the package, so if you take an ordinary number, you don't have to get to the clock. It happened to me several times that I received more than one package, so I took 2 tickets, which was a big mistake, because I was told very loudly that I should only take one. So on the next visit, I took only one and again it was wrong, because I had to announce that I have more packages. Even before the invocation system was introduced, it was normally queued and no one needed to overtake. Unfortunately, in the current situation, some impatient people go to the counter after 20 minutes and get to the turn earlier than others who wait an hour. On top of that, sometimes your number is only called for literally 2 seconds and then switches to another. When you go to ask why your number changed so quickly, you get an arrogant answer that the worker behind the counter decided to handle only Check POINT requests. So if you don't start arguing, they'll skip you on the queue and you'll never get your turn. I understand that the pandemic complicated everything, but the behavior of the people in this post office was terrible even before the virus came.

Avoid this post with a very wide arc. The ladies at the cash register are annoying and usually open ¼ available windows. The package in hand is priceless, because the staff of this post office throws a note in your mailbox, which says that the recipient was not found, even if you are at home all day. Sometimes even the ticket doesn't run out and you have no way of knowing that the package has reached the post office. Use a mail order or ppl instead, especially not this post office. Even 1 star is too ....

This branch does not deserve a single star. The couriers are not able to ring and really check whether the person in question is at home or not. Unfortunately, they are not even able to throw a card into the mailbox, saying that I have a package at the post office. After today's experience with this branch, I will do my best not to have to deal with anything here. In the morning, the postwoman rings (a miracle that it rang at all) with the fact that I received a package, but that it is too big and heavy, so it does not carry it for me and I have it at the post office. I'm going to the post office, where I'm waiting min. 20 minutes - some serial numbers are completely useless here, because I was overtaken by all the people who came after me !!! In the end, a lady at the counter took pity on me and took me, but lo and behold, the package was not at the post office, because the delivery woman forgot to tell me that she did not take it with her, but she will not be at the post office until 3 o'clock at the earliest. So I did not return to the post office until half past four, followed by a 30-minute wait, during which he managed to break the machine into serial numbers. The lady behind the counter got a great idea that everyone who doesn't have a ticket should go next time, so I regretted that the ticket was still on me. Of course, it was my turn again after all the people who came after me were served. Then, after half an hour, it was my turn and the young lady handed me a package the size of a book, I thought it would hit me. Her comment on this when I told her that this really wasn't a big and heavy package was also priceless: "If you want, you can go try to make a delivery girl yourself." In addition, due to the current situation, there is a limited number of people who can move at the branch (max. 10 people). In Kohoutovice, however, they obviously have an exception, because during the time I was waiting there, at least 20 people gathered at the post office at once, all crammed side by side. I'd rather go to the Vysočina post office in my hometown than deal with something here!

Even with a carrier pigeon, the agreement is better, it is faster and more reliable. Too bad words ... even one star is too much,
