Small branch, but relatively a lot of services, rarely expected 🙂 Delivery relatively cool.

No queues, at counter No.1 nice and helpful lady / lady. Visit 22.2.2020 cca 17.00. Thank you

If I knew the post did not know anything like contacts to the head of the branch, I let the manager call right now, although about 15 people were waiting for me. This was due to the behavior of the tricky lady who sat 18/3 in the afternoon at the far left, and unfortunately it could not be identified by name, because of course the name tag (for good reasons) did not. Something so inadequate, disgusting, and inconsiderable I have not seen yet, and I hope even the Czech Post can tell that such individuals are in the warehouse and not behind the counter. First, I think that the CPS staff should know the parameters of the most basic types of shipments (specifically, the recommended writing and the recommended package). Secondly, I think that if they do not know them, they should ask their colleagues properly, not to quarrel with the customer and scream for the mail, that it is horrible that there are no rules (!!) and that they will not pay for it from yours. And third, I think that when the customer is right, the employee should apologize or at least keep silent, not even commenting on how the customer can write an address properly. I hope it will not take long, and I will meet again only with the normal staff who handle their work ...
