Today we went to pick up the shipment, and while we were there, we wanted to issue an ordinary pickup card for the lady, convinced us for 20 minutes that it was over the net. We stuck for 20 minutes on an empty branch and waited at the lady's counter, there were 7 more people but no one outside the windows, then one came, started to take people and ignored us. ours, she sat at the computer, clicked something, and disappeared away again, so we did absolutely nothing and both of us had some stupid bullshit.
