I have been there 3 times, once to send a box abroad, once to send a latter somewhere in Brno and once to get some information regarding sending another box during Covid. I speak minimum Czech. All 3 ppl were kind, Patient and helpful.

Every time I go there the employees are rude, disrespectful even respond with disgust. Every time I go there they behave as if I am disturbing them from something. I do not recommend going there. Only if you have no other choice.

I really like this attraction.

I went in to buy stamps - the lady behind the counter didn't speak much English, but she seemed thrilled that I had learned enough Czech to ask for stamps. The Paternoster elevator was the real reason why I came here. I rode it all the way up and it halted when I was half way down. I was stuck for a few minutes. A lot of people walking down the stairs just saw my head sticking above the floor saying "Ahoy!" I just waited until it worked. No problem. Highly recommend trying the elevator at least.

Here, just as you enter, you will find the notorious paternoster lift, which you can ride freely up and down. Very functional and entertaining.
