I shop in the store often. They will always show and explain to me what I need. A great bunch of salespeople for me. I've never had a problem with them.

Very bad deal of the shop owner. First we bought a cell phone, which according to the leaflet should have wifi, after we found out at home that the cell phone has no wifi and demanded a refund, the owner refused and we had to choose other goods, otherwise we would lose money. In addition, we purchased a TV with the first mobile, which after unpacking was smaller than we expected and we wanted to replace it again (not to return money, just choose another and pay off). The owner told us with arrogant behavior that since the goods have already been unpacked, they are considered second-hand goods and he would not be able to resell them. Although the components were not unpacked at all - as CTIA told us, if they are not unpacked, the goods should still be considered new. We tried to agree that he would sell the goods at a discount he considered appropriate, and we paid him the difference. The owner laughed at us and sent us away so that we never return to the store. I have bad experience with this shop and I'm not the only one around my friends. I would not recommend it to anyone, I would rather pay extra for the goods, but I want to have a chance to return it and, above all, to experience serious behavior and not arrogance, unwillingness and arrogance.
