The post office is outdated and disgusting, it makes the city a bad business card

If I happen to find out that I am getting used to picking up anything on my name, my neighbors have a place in the mailbox marked with the same name on my ticket, open to the mail. It is open there in an hour. Absolutely ignorant in the age of the Internet?

The only package is OK on the whole, even before Christmas. But otherwise shame, really. Mostly 3-4 counters are open, but only one or two of them work in the meantime. Queues for tens of minutes and confused retirees not understanding the calling system. By the way, after the introduction of this summoning system, the queues have increased further. I want to cry that we pay this tax. Mainly buy a ticket or arrange insurance! Yuck.

The public counters are located on the second floor and are not wheelchair accessible.
