I do not understand how it is possible today not to have the right opening hours on the Internet? One looks when they open. Written at 8:00 and we open at 10:00 OMG

The Czech Post no longer surprises me anymore ... I will receive a non-delivery note several times with the date from which the package can be picked up at the post office and it is not yet in the post office and I have to wait until the next day. Other times I will not receive a notification at all and only then a request to remove the shipment, because it is too long at the post office. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful, so I do not blame the ladies in the window.

Always fine, even for the whole day, when they have to serve x people and at the same time pull packages, not make a mistake somewhere, the staff of this post office is pleasant and smiling 👍.

I live a short distance.

I hate to have only 3 stars. I understand that sometimes it is too much (I have a sister at the post office), but make it very clear that one lady (I'm not going to be named) behind the counter is "poisoning" the packages in a good time and there was nobody there. The parcels were finished in a few minutes. Really horrible action. :( I wasn't expecting it and it wasn't the first time.
