In the center of the square there is an ancient Renaissance stone fountain. The original fountain is from 1569. It is well maintained and so refreshes in the hot summer. Relatively close to it was built about 200 years later Marian column. Together, it forms the dominant of the square, where it is relatively busy in the season. Automobile traffic is heavily restricted here, but there are really many cyclists here. Fortunately, the whole square is wide and accessible.

Třeboň is charming, pleasant and interesting. Worth a visit.
