There was never a problem. Willing and helpful lady behind the counter. We always everything solved in peace and order. :)

If you are from Karlovy Vary and surroundings definitely recommend to come here, helpful and kind lady at all counters. They told me what they didn't want me to do at any other post office in KV. The fact that sometimes you have to wait in the queue belongs to public administration.

Czech Post as such is a totally disastrous company, I do not understand why we pay taxpayers to such an incompetent moth. The Branch at Sokolovska Street in Karlovy Vary is another big disaster. Delivering parcels in your hand for which you pay or do not expect, the delivery speed is also crazy. Our government is still dealing with a lot of nonsense, but a very important thing, like a state-owned enterprise that does not work in all its ways, is probably leaking. But for such money, I would also sit in the post office ...
