Really KATASTROFA !!!! It would be better to close this store. I needed to buy disinfectants in the aquarium, but the lady salesman was absolutely reluctant and did not even know what she was selling. All kinds of aquarium ingredients are said to be only chlorine .... They do not have much, so even the basic ingredients in aquarium water .... I will never step in again.

The Pet Center in Futura apparently employs anyone on the street without all the knowledge of pet care. Today, after a reluctant older lady for a change, I "caught up" the young man, who is probably learning, who probably heard about the basic product for dogs - granules - for the first time. Expressions such as "adult", "puppy + junior", "salmon" and "chicken" can be translated without a dictionary by anyone, let alone an employee of a pet supply store! Otherwise, goods attracting "special prices", rather nothing but too much, a very limited selection of products and obviously their poor quality storage (see pork ears thrown into a bucket). If I add the lack of expertise and willingness of employees, I will be grateful for Sirius in OC Atrium, where they are able to advise in addition to pleasant negotiations!

When I bought the Foresto collar, the wrong size was sold to me, the complaint went quickly except for a few details, and our dog can already be snatched up against pests. :) Nice approach

Absolutely inaccessible arrogance and reluctance .... the saleswoman lazy to get up .... to ask something is completely useless there, because I do not know the answers in style, etc ... horror absolute unprofessionalism .... here never again ..
