I wanted to exchange two hundred crowns, but the machine didn't take the second one. Fortunately, you can pay by card, which I recommend to use. A small washing machine (up to 10 kg) washes for 33 minutes. I barely had half the load. The dryer actually takes 3 chips for 20 crowns and dries for 20 minutes. The laundry was dry except for a few things. But what disappointed me was the quality. They write that the powder (detergent) is dosed by the washing machine itself. Anyway, the clothes don't smell like I'm used to and after taking out that the dryers have hair and lumps on it. Overall I am disappointed, I expected more. I have the opportunity to compare from abroad and therefore I do not recommend this laundry.

Pleasant, clean environment, where we dried our clothes in a moment and immediately folded. For a very reasonable price. I will definitely be happy to return.

Excellent idea to set up this kind of public laundry in Olomouc. It is ideal for larger things that a household washing machine would not be able to handle. In the laundry room there are 2 large washing machines and 4 smaller washing machines plus 4 dryers. The big ones are really bulky and can handle almost everything. I appreciate that the washing machine on the display will show how much is left until the wash is finished and in the meantime one can jump next to coffee or go shopping.
