PPL CZ s.r.o. - depo 09

They claim that I contacted them to arrange a different delivery date, I have had no contact with them because their e mail box is full and they dont answer the phone. They lie to keep DHL off their back, why would I ask for my Daughters xmas present to be delivered after xmas! Very poor, if you have an option use somebody else.

Lazy and lying drivers. Getting a package with PPL is more complicated than with the Czech Post. The drivers do not deliver between the notified interval, they don't call nor ring the door bell. I was waiting for the parcel delivery which never arrived. I assume it was taken directly to the parcel shop. The shop has a very short opening time which is also a big downside.
