I do NOT RECOMMEND a stay at the children's ward in a psychiatric hospital in Šternberk !!! Primářka Rozsívalová and the staff humiliate, ridicule and bully pediatric patients. To this day, I have trauma and nightmares. Their treatments are like in the Middle Ages! Almost no stay outside in the fresh air. Minimal contact with family. Absolute loss of privacy. Hygiene at a very poor level - dirty dishes, missing soap in the toilet throughout my stay, change of treasure clothes only once a week. All these aspects definitely do not benefit mental health! Avoid this curative arc. If hospitalization is unavoidable, choose PN in Opava.

Parking - the first 30 minutes free and every other hour 10 CZK

The only hospital that was able to make me into a happy person in two months 👌

Two stars for a nice park, canistherapy and workshops where you can work with wood or knit baskets. There is also the opportunity to develop artistic talent. Otherwise it is a tragedy. No Wi-Fi, just in the canteen where you connect, but that's all. They do not take cards in the canteen, so the only option is to send money to the hospital account, but the whole posting and posting process takes over 4 days, or pick them up in nearby Tescu or Kaufland, but you have to have free walks outside the campus. The food is frozen and it is often bluff. Doctors are village burans, and you have to fight for every cure. Some nurses are fine and they can talk and come out with them, but the rest are stiff tents. Smiling are the rules of dementia. For example, you do not have a charger with you, so you need to charge your cellphone or power bank on a nurse, no one is able to explain why. You can have cords at the same time. The only thing they are able to change and are not afraid of are antidepressants, which even a high school student knows, is a risky business for patients with bipolar disorder. So short, their approach is extremely unprofessional.

Can't write - I love it there. It is beautiful there, relaxed, diagnosed. But I was not there as a client.
