Date of visit 9.5.2019 - Mrs. Saleswoman was uncomfortable and reluctant, half an hour before closing time she warned us with "do it, get out" style, she will close and has a lot of orders and has no time for us. Obviously he has no idea that florists are not many in Orlová and the competition is quite large. The landlady would probably not like to have such access. Personally, I'm not coming back here anymore. Like most people, I prefer to go to places where people are smiling, willing to advise, or to stay quiet even after closing time. The deal is a deal, and customers can appreciate such behavior, and this will be reflected in tips and recommendations to other people. I have also been in business for a number of years, but I have never dared to treat such arrogant customers. In this field, we should still pay - our customer, our master, and not to project our bad mood where it has nothing to do. In such a case, such a person should work somewhere in the warehouse, but certainly not among people!
