Horrible customer service! My wife ordered a shower tray and the item arrived damaged. Tried to get a replacement and was told that it my responsibility to check the product after unloading from delivery truck, they expected me to remove all packaging on the street before taking inside my house! Kept being told that it was my fault. Very disappointed!!! They even tried to offer me a new tray with 10% discount! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!! Stay away from this company!!!!

Over the course of a month, I waited for the delivery of goods that were listed in stock, and we urged it over the phone. Today, when the goods arrived, they were damaged because they were poorly packed. It was a toilet brush with a porcelain container, which they left in contact with the metal part in the package without putting, for example, a bubble wrap, which also rolled at the bottom of the box. I have already ordered from this store in the past and we also waited for almost a month. They did not respond to emails and were surprised on the phone. We often buy online, but this is my absolute worst experience. Nevermore !!!!

Great shopping, good selection and prices. I was just surprised that the assortment lacks sealants, silicone, acrylic, PE.
