Communication with Mr. Zilvar in the first half of the fireplace preparation went well, but after paying and signing the contracts, however, the approach changed and there were mistakes that cost us money. Due to the reluctance to attend the local investigation during the preparations for the fireplace, Mr. Zilvar caused us problems in the new building that no one will ever solve again. The external fireplace builder, who built the fireplace for us and was sent to us by Mr. Zilvar, also confirmed to us that these problems are common with Mr. Zilvar. Unfortunately, in the end I can definitely not recommend. I'm sorry.

For Mr. Zilvara we have ordered the construction of a fireplace in the RD, but from the beginning there were constant problems with terms, complaints of damaged goods and communications. We do not have a fireplace yet and the waiting period has been extended to 3 months! If someone wants to save money and especially nerves, let him rather avoid this company.
