FIT strava - krabičková dieta pro Plzeň a Prahu

After a long time of hesitation, I decided to try a box diet. I saw reviews from several companies and the FIT diet was the best for me. The first race / and many others / was brought to me by a smiling nice Miss Martinka, who always met me and never was a problem. I was expecting diet-looking tasteless foods and I was very surprised !!!! The food not only looked great, but it still tasted and I didn't like to admit that it cooks as well as I do. I held the boxes for about 3 months, I did not feel tired, the weight loss was less than 5 kg and 7 cm at the waist. Let me point out that I have a sedentary job and I really didn't practice. I lost weight only thanks to a balanced diet from the FIT diet. I tried to be consistent in my diet and not sin too much :-)). The FIT diet taught me to eat properly and above all showed me what to eat !! I was sorry that I was done, I would miss him. I have already learned a lot from the FIT diet, now I will try it myself. But if I gain some pounds again, I will definitely be very happy to come back !! I recommend the FIT diet from my own experience and with a clear conscience to everyone who wants to eat deliciously, gain energy and at the same time lose weight. Thank you for everything !!!!

Already after the first day, I am starting to have a perfect feeling from a healthy balanced diet, which is beginning to give order to my completely irregular and in a way destructive eating habits during demanding workload. In addition, a big plus for the empathetic and pleasant approach during the first meeting with Mrs. Honzíková. I can only recommend! :)
