Samsonův dům

One of the oldest preserved residential houses in the city in the immediate vicinity of the synagogue now serves as a gallery and cafe. Samson's house is the best preserved Renaissance residential building in Rakovník. It got its name from the owners - an important Samson family that lived here in the 16th and 17th centuries. Beautiful Renaissance sgraffito with scenes from the life of the biblical Samson are sensitively reconstructed.
