Late gothic tower. The Prague Gate is one of the symbols of the city of Rakovník. It is located on the eastern edge of its historic core and, together with the northern gate of Vysoká, western Svatojilská and southern Lubenská, formed part of the medieval city fortifications

The gate welcomes visitors to the ancient city of Rakovník coming from Prague, although the tower is in the pseudo-Gothic style, the building is a picturesque part of the city walls. There is a museum exposition in the tower. You have to go this way and walk every time you visit Rakovník ...
