A well-arranged and nicely located railway station, which went through an improvement process that benefited him. The platform looks nice, in case of bad weather you can hide and the underpasses look clean. There is also a bus right next to the train station. There are bicycle stands in front of the main building. You can also park here by car. It is a short walk to the city center.

The station railway building was built in the years 1928 - 29 according to the plans of a native of České Brod, architect František Koula in the style of geometric modernism with elements of cubism. The building was modified to its current form in the 1950s in connection with the electrification of the Česká Třebová - Prague line, when the former heating plant was demolished, the track was modified and a platform with an underpass was built.
