Really great approach. At first, the lady behind the counter asked me, "how is she supposed to understand the title", and during less than a 5-minute conversation she managed to roll her eyes several times ... But also her colleague, who was constantly barking at the lady next door, was very pleasant, even though the lady was just trying to explain to her what information she had received at the mail in the light. I don't really imagine the approach to people in the post office like this, and if I can't control myself and I need to show that everyone around me is stupid, I would probably change jobs for the good of everyone, because no one is curious about this.
Smaller branch, but otherwise quite cool.

As a cool branch. The disadvantage is that it is very small and the queues stand outside.
