I have never seen such a post like this! Postacky does not serve customers at all. I recommend seeing with your own eyes, who was not there, will not believe.

I give an update 11/25/2020 - if I wrote below that the post office does not work and it can't be worse .... so they convinced me (and I won't be) that it's worse ... Above all, older clerks should be thrown out of work. If possible, -5. The last ~ 10-20 shipments have never been delivered and the mail simply does not ring. They took it to a new level - 14.4. give you a notification in your inbox that 9.4. did not deliver the letter because you were not at home. We were home for the first time and in 9.4 and 10.4. there was nothing in the mailbox. For 9.4. so they shouldn't get paid, they just coughed up for delivery - BTW: this isn't the first time. Which, at Corona's time, when the post office doesn't really work and decides that the first 8-9 hour is just for retirees to dig at home ... and get bored when normal people who have to go to work have NO chance to pick up the shipment is appalling. If you ring, I don't have to go to your broken station. When you arrive at 8:50 - "we won't serve you" we're only here for retirees - I'll note that none are anywhere in sight. How else do they write in other reviews. Overall incompetent, clumsy staff and it would be better to close this non-functioning waiting room and go somewhere else.

At this post office, she obviously can't greet the postwoman, let alone be nice to the customer. We were to pick up the package, which she handed us quite aggressively, we thanked you nicely, she did nothing, we said goodbye, she did nothing. It probably depends on who is sitting there, some are fine.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would do it. The fact that the postman with parcels does not ring is already basically a thing, no one cares that you are at home for the parcel, they simply do not want to haul with larger shipments. But the fact that no more reminders go to the mailboxes is the peak of laziness! It's already the 3rd package that I was picking up blindly because I found it strange that the mail would deliver it for so long. Uncomfortable, arrogant employees, one excuses the other's inability, and every time they send a package they try to flag the most expensive option.
