This is definitely not an isolated case and this has happened at least twice since the beginning of the year. I recommend that employees think about whether this would be pleasant for them if they got into a similar situation. Another striking fact is that the employees of the post office have almost no knowledge, for some things they have to call the main post office and still persuade me if I have no way elsewhere, because they can't do it and have to be guided by an instructor or someone more experienced from the main post office. of course, the branch manager did not know this either. What does this mean? That they can't do what they can do even at a small village post office in the Czech Republic. That wouldn't be so bad, because after an hour of waiting, the "operation" succeeded. Worse is the attitude of the employees that when they see us there, they are already shaking their heads and they are unpleasant. What follows from this? If they cannot do their job and their work clearly irritates them, then I recommend these "employees" to leave this profession. I would recommend employers to go see this post for themselves and try out how pleasant their employees are. One of the worst post offices in Brno, which I unfortunately had the opportunity to know firsthand.
