I visit this florist quite often because of the visit to the nearby cemetery, where we have buried parents and we always need to buy something, both flowers and candles, or finished planted flowerpots.The service is always accommodating and kind and their untied bouquets are very nice. recommend.

In Květinářství Hrbek I was very satisfied, as always. I bought beautiful cut flowers, soul ties and a beautiful orchid in a pot. The saleswoman was very handy and very nice, everything was perfect.

The death of a loved one is incredibly sad, and when he assures you at the flower shop that you will be satisfied, you rely heavily on it and believe it. But when we picked up the weeping flower, I wanted to cry. When ordering, we agreed clearly according to the photos and if there was a problem, they promised to call. They didn't call! Instead of slightly pink roses there were deep pink roses, eucalyptus leaves hardly any, and only a few eustomas that were to form the base of the flower. The highlight was a plastic ribbon, labeled with a marker. This is the peak of tastelessness. I asked if they would print the inscription. The price should be max 2000 CZK with the words that it will be huge. In fact it cost 2300 CZK, it was medium size and I had neither the power nor the time to argue with someone! A very sad experience. I do not recommend anyone who expects something and has taste.
