They will write that we can pick up the package on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. Unfortunately closed. We drove completely unnecessarily on Saturday.

Helpful staff, they had no problem unpacking the goods and showing damage. I bought a built-in oven where the cosmetic damage was on the part that is in the line and there is no chance to see it.

Purchase was sent to the merchant (electric lawn mower) with breaker breakage. The claim was recognized within one day and the next day the goods were sent for exchange. I appreciate the very helpful attitude of the Complaint Department. For speed and ease of resolution, the company deserves praise. We're satisfied.
