Good

Not much, but really nice cellars.

The fame of the Lords of Chlum (Jan) and then of the powerful Slavata family, whose influence ended with the execution of 21 lords on the Old Town Square. Since then, Chlum has gone from hand to hand at the end of the 17th century. The next few hundred years from his walls people dismantled the stone and built houses in the neighborhood, leaving no more than a torso of the original walls. The basement is relatively well preserved and in recent years someone has even cleaned the well. It would be nice to cut a little bit more of the airborne wood and to remove the collapsed material from the left side of the cellar.

The surrounding area offers many tourist destinations - sights, cycling trails, campsites and accommodation, camps for children and recreation for families and children. Mainly connected by car, on foot from trains. Just like buses. On Saturday, Sunday closest to Zbýšov from Čáslav by bus. Mushroom pickers paradise, paradise paradise and swimming in many ponds around. Gas station in Zbýšov, shop, post office in the week. Just few restaurants and snacks. This will save the proximity of larger cities. Ledeč nad Sázavou about 16km, Čáslav about 14km, Kutná Hora about 25km, Golčův Jeníkov about 20km.

Fine ruin. Do not expect anything worldly and for lovers of adrenaline and cellars I recommend a visit in overalls.
