Absolutely amazing place and treatment! Not only the environment and services is extraordinary, but also the approach of the staff. All the personel members were not only professional, but also welcoming, helping and kind.

We loved this place. Spent 5 days with my elderly parents and enjoyed the "mini relax package" with half board. All staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, the place is clean, well designed, with access to the beautiful historic Roman baths, awesome pools, Jacuzzi. There's a well equipped gym which is never crowded (great!). My final comments belong to the restaurant, great choice with options for vegetarians and diabetics - And outstanding customer service. Would come back.

Great hotel. There are Russian-speaking staff. Very quiet and clean, everything is practically shiny. The rooms are large with an obligatory set of standard services. We checked in at night, nevertheless everything went smoothly, and in the room we had dinner in the form of vegetable, cheese and cold cuts of coffee, tea, water (all excellent quality) The mattress on the bed deserves a separate song! It's just some kind of delight! The back enjoyed it for two weeks! Not any dents and bedsores! The restaurant in the hotel is very decent! And although there is no Turkish variety, but what is offered of high quality is real, real! The baked turkey was astonishing, mind you! The waiters are just great (we were served by a girl from Ukraine, very nice and kind!) Upon departure, they presented her with our bottle of Beluga ... according to Russian tradition, in my opinion she was glad. Also the hotel has a decent gym ... hung there! But most importantly, this hotel is part of a complex of four more hotels connected by underground passages, and we, as guests, had the right to use the free services of these adjacent hotels, and these are swimming pools, hammams, thermal baths, saunas ... you just have to try ! Put on a bathrobe with slippers and defile under half of the city! It's just euro !!! Treatment and procedures for every taste and budget. Certainly some employees get tense from the Russian speech, but they can be understood! Therefore, I did not begin to upset anyone that I had already been to their country ... 30 years ago ... in boots and with a gun 😉😊 I definitely recommend for visiting !!!

I really spent 2 weeks in this hotel. Service food and treatment at the highest level, thanks to the staff for my wonderful stay. But avoid the beautician with Asclepion, she did a peeling, very serious complications appeared. In general, the impression was that only profit was of interest.

Quiet calm hotel and hospital. All just great. The treatment is just super! Only 2 weeks, and I forgot about my sore back and knee for a whole year. We must go here again! ..... and beer !!!!! :-))) Only the Germans spoil everything - they yell, spit, trash, and even in the corridors and generally behave obscenely. Something else is being run into Russians, nemchura behaves at times bestial. And the Czechs are great, the doctors are great!
