Services are poor. Call to the phone in the local place is impossible. Ticketing reservation system have no sense.

1. It is not possible to park in front of the post office, because the parking spaces are occupied and there are almost no customers at the post office. 2. Nonsensical opening hours only until 16:00, most people who leave work, so they can't make it. 3. Sometimes it happens that there are a lot of customers and not all counters are open, so sometimes you wait even half an hour.

40 minutes before closing and the mail is empty. I waited 10 minutes before the woman behind the counter decided to come and then, with a really "great willingness", she gave me the package. If you don't like this job, don't do it!

Please replace the sticky gel, which will not dry on your hands in an hour, for some functional disinfection. There are hectoliters everywhere, this soap really doesn't work.

At the main post office in Mariánské Lázně it is not possible to pay with a normal MasterCard / Visa payment card ??? That it's only possible with one of their cards? Nowadays? That's really sad.
