I collect delivery to the address and then picked up at the branch. I don't want to throw all parts of the city in one bag, but this is a tragedy. Do not transport packages. You are lucky if he throws you a ticket from you are not at home, even if you look at them from the window. The latest classic from after 14 days comes the second call to pick up the shipment. You have no idea that there is no consignment at the post office. And at the branch, I throw you like a hot potato to be handled by someone else. When you spend half an hour there and finally get advice you will be notified that the package is damaged. Writing a complaint is for half an hour. It would be better to come another day because they will be closing. And it is best not to take it over so that the sender can take care of it elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible - waiting for verification of 1 signature an hour - strength, unfortunately it was just about "lunch". Do not complete the obligatory disinfection on the hands, not even on request - they let you touch the dispenser and - as usual - as the post is disinfected, you are unlucky. It's probably an extra effort to do something for people who come to the post.
