I have been using the laundry for several years. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the laundry, as well as with the conduct of the staff. I also really appreciate the speed of solving my orders (they are always only units of days). I see another advantage in the possibility of unloading and loading from the ramp, so it is not necessary to carry bags of laundry far. I recommend.

Absolutely scary approach to clients. Total inability to adapt to the customer. The telephonists call me that the driver complains that he has to "pull" the laundry from the entrance to the van and that he has to buy it himself in bags when none have been provided to us and OUR laundry basket was taken away and not returned during the first order. They forced us to send the laundry in our bags, which we bought expensively for waste and did not return. Absolute unprofessionalism compared to competing laundries, where they provide their own laundry baskets, which you just fill up and they will take it away from you and give you an empty one immediately, which you can buy again. Mrs. Linhart constantly accused us of not "going crazy" from our few sheets. At the same time, we supplied linen twice a week from a regularly occupied boarding house with 9 rooms with 2 - 5 beds in each room. Another negative is the insanely long delivery time of washed laundry, which was often longer than 7 days !!! All culminating in the fact that they refused to give us our last batch of laundry after the end of the cooperation and on the day when they were supposed to deliver it washed and we demanded it, they told us that we should come for it and that it was not washed. So I advise everyone who wants to have their laundry washed on time and without unnecessary phone calls and constant arguments with Mrs. Linhart and the "poor" driver to choose another laundry.

Excellent laundry and good for money and super service ... all perfectly clean and if needed even the next day ...
