Total dissatisfaction, I passed from our retired dentist. I was supposed to arrive with my son for an inspection, who is 1 and a half years old, and we were 5 minutes late. I was told by the receptionist that the dentist was waiting for us and that our delay would not happen again. The second catastrophe occurred when I refused an X-ray they already had because I was not with them for the first time, the receptionist was offended when I refused to take a new picture, because the first one got lost somewhere and went to complain to the dentist. Then Mudr took us over. Blažíčková, who planned for me to tear the lower 8 balls for the next check, even though they are fine and nothing bothers me. The environment is beautiful, the waiting room and surgery are well equipped, but the approach is disastrous and we will look for another dentist.

Mrs. Blazickova takes patients from my retired dentist. So I came once and also for the last time. Just because she proposed to remake the existing seals on the grounds that they are old and of course NOT free 😁 so I have nothing to add and I move to another clinic.

Nice environment, nice receptionist, but everything spoils the "1/2 boss" Mddr. Blažíčková who is absolutely but really completely without empathy for children and may not allow the transition to another Dr. in the building who are praised for access to children.

It depends on which doctor you come across. I was unlucky with MDDr Blazicková and she is very unpleasant and empathy is foreign to her. I'd rather look for a new doctor.

Excellent dental office, I can only recommend. The receptionist works great, beautiful environment and professional, but also a friendly approach of Mr. Križan, who will explain each step. At the same time, I also come here for dental hygiene, which I also evaluate only positively. I can recommend bee.
