Terrible department = arrogant, unpleasant and unconstructive behavior, only when I try to order an appointment. I arranged the examination elsewhere !!! I really don't need to listen that I will have to pay for the examinations in full and because of covid-19 they have a reduced working time (but for 100% of salary + covid bonus). It is no coincidence that the lady I called from this department - the institute - should realize how much I and my employer will pay per year for medical treatment and behave decently = professionally. From what and especially for what does he think he has the 100% salary and some bonuses? For me, the entire staff of this department of FN Bory is incompetent, unprofessional and should be abolished.

Nice and helpful staff. After the telephone order, I was promptly treated, including minor surgery.

We warned right at the entrance that we had never been here. We were given a number on the info, so we understood that according to the number, they should evoke us, of course, that we had to register with the number in the file to receive the treatment, we understood after 20 minutes, when he alerted us to it in a very special way doctor. We were not the only ones, right after us, people who had been waiting here even longer signed up for the file. Since we were not ordered, we waited another hour and a half. We received treatment from Dr. Telínová, who and her sister tried to behave kindly, but they generally told us that our problem was pettiness, she wrote us a recipe for ointment and we were out within 5 minutes. I was still angry with the overall approach of the staff.

Long waiting, but trying to meet and be pleasant. The doctors are quite nice except for Jan Čelakovský, who was rude and his behavior was far beyond all decency.
