Thank you, Dr. Kostlý, I had a swollen sore ear here and I couldn't take my earrings out. Mr. Doctor was nice and sensitive, he relieved me a lot of pain and took out my earring. Thank you :)

I was treated with an acute problem even before 6 am, the nurse on the phone was extremely pleasant, and there was a nice doctor on the spot. (But beware, night-time emergency only applies to acute cases, call first.)

Except for a long wait, everything went well. I would like to highlight MUDr. Martin Soukup - he looks very nice, he does his work carefully and conscientiously. A doctor in place - with great access to patients.

I was treated repeatedly, all doctors were helpful, nice and gentle (which you will especially appreciate in case of problems with the ear). They helped me.
