This was again an experience. In the window absolutely unpleasant sister, what Ted want. After explaining to sit down and wait (2h), when you get into the surgery, again another unpleasant sister ... request to hand on X-ray, again wait for the line and from here back to the waiting room wait another 20min for surgery ... oh yeah ..
