After 5 years wearing braces, they refuse to remove the braces and continue to collect money. Over the past year, two times the exchange of wire and several locks. On the last change in a week, the replaced wire loosened from the 4 locks, overgrown into the gums and the changed lock fell. During the visit we were told that they do not have time to just take out the wire and that we have to wait about a month for repair. And only so that they can collect money for already done work twice
