Hello, I want to file a complaint against Mrs. Renata, who is unable to advise or explain anything. The same thing did not show them interest in paying for the customer card that I had prepared. Absolute reluctance towards the customer and employees. But who I want to praise is Mrs. Lenka and the new lady, who is there for a few days without a name tag. Which they gladly advised and helped with everything. If you want to have a bad day you go to Mrs. Renate. They are guaranteed to ruin it for you.

Yesterday 8.9. in the morning I went to see in your branch Super Zoo to buy fish and replenish the aquarium. I wanted to take some individuals of the genus Xiphophorus maculatus, but when I saw what you were selling, I would not buy any more fish from you !! it would just piss me off the whole aquarium !!! I don't understand how you can sell fish with bacterial decay of fins and fish with semolina? !!! And you can still see the mold on the fish !!!! I'm not just talking about salaries .... !!! It would like to solve, for example, the quality of the water and, for example, the handling of fish, so that you do not spread it in all aquariums. Well, you can see that no one there solves it. You should train both the employee and the store manager !!! So that at least someone knows something about those fish when you sell them.
