He has experience with one word of tragedy. The goods I ordered 19.11.2018 order receipt and payment instructions arrived all day. The money I posted in the email was sent to my eshop account within a few minutes of delivery. After three days when I received no feedback on further processing of my shipment, I re-read the email where the invoice was hidden in the stitched text ... Here was the first problem, the price of two emails and the invoice differed. So, I write my mail about my order because it does not happen after 3 days and I highlight an invoice error. I did not get the answers. After another three days (26.11.2018) I send another email as it is with my order that nothing is happening and I would like to have some answers. Without reaction. That very same day comes from the Czech Post that he took over the package. Delivery 28.11.2018 I do not know what's hard about all of this. It's really incomprehensible to take 9 days to get a stupid package. This even from aliexpress it sometimes comes faster .. Pity I have to give 1 star. I'd give 0.
