This time it was kind of a flop. 🙄 The Beer in Beer Spa was super sour! I am not sure if they really served Pilsner Urquell. The temperature of the bubble bath was also too warm. I needed to leave the bathtub after five minutes. I joined it after it cooled down a bit. I need to say it was my second visit. However, at my first visit I had a quite good impression of the the Spa. Good beer, good Spa, good snacks. This time it was bad. Sorry, just two stars 🌟🌟 out of five. You lost a customer. We explained also the Ukrainian/Russian staff that we were unsatisfied. However, she does not understand it. 🤔

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Thankfully I didn't have have to pay as it was a gift but this place is completely unprofessionally run and a frankly a waste of time. There was supposed to be tub with bubbles, it burn out and didnt work at all, just a tab of water, snacks were the cheapest stuff you can buy from Kaufland and actually the salami we didnt eat ad it looked questionable, one of the beers ran out completely and the second was some unknown beer that they didnt know what it was and was not good but was the only choice. The setting smells of mold, they just turn on a radio station on a radio and that's it. When asked about the fakt the tubs didnt work they said it happens and they did not care in the slightest. On top of this they changed our reservation twice prior to going. First time they said they had no hot water, second time they said they couldn't meet it. Please avoid giving money to these people. The place should not be operating and if I spent the money for this I would be vividly angry.
