Unfortunately cannot recommend the place. Had to wait for the appointment for 55 minutes and as the lady hasn't been around reception for fair 15 mins, so I didn't get an opportunity to inform about cancellation of the appointment. I understand that the delay happened due to late arrival of the previous client or at least that was the official reason presented to me after alrdy 20 min waiting, but I strongly disagree that my time has to be cut due to that. Another thing is in such situations a client should be informed about delay at the beginning and given a possibility to cancel or move the appointment for another time.

Always excellent work of the girls, especially Angelina and Nastya! They offer you a drink, cool atmosphere and beautiful long lasting mani/pedi. I just dont go to other places! Really happy and recommend to all ladies in need of pampering!

I had an appointment for my eyebrows, i went in the salon and nobody cared to even ask me if i have an appointment , after 3 minutes of awkwardness a lady came and advised me to sit for my eyebrows to be fixed. The girl that was going to do my eyebrows said she doesnt use threading. Even though online it said they offer the service she was not willing to do it , so i left. Nobody apologized at the salon But only spoke Russian to each other. I had to send them a message about this , and only then they apologized and asked me for next time to tell them what procedure i want to use. They only waisted my time, i do not recommend this place.

the cutest and most pleasant place for girls in Prague! It’s very convenient that in their instagram they always set free terms the very next day and don’t have to wait for years to record! all masters are absolute professionals, I really like it! This is not the first time I’ve been going, and I will continue!
