Last year I was in such pain that i thought that i will start getting use to the agony . I needed to travel long distance and this clinic helped me , with all machines and methods they use is no where in Prague. I was able to get back on track only in 4 days . Highly recommend” Yearly package “ . I will recommend this place to everyone who needs urgent and long term advise and help.
This was really horrible and not professional . physiotherapist who hits his clients and doesn't do his job is disgusting
I am completely satisfied with this service, they helped me a lot with back pain and other problems, I come here from afar and I do not regret
I was cured of a poorly moving shoulder after dislocation. After the experience that Mrs. Kozáková is trying to eliminate health problems, I permanently tried the treatment of flat feet in the eldest daughter. After three weeks the first results, after 2 months a significant improvement and especially permanent. Now the flatness is almost removed in all three of my children. The difference between conventional doctors' treatment is that they recommend insoles, ankle boots and exercises that you can endure with children to do for a few weeks, up to months. This does not lead to a permanent cure. At Mrs. Kozáková, you give the children taps in the morning and you have peace all day (sometimes they fall, so you cover them in the afternoon, it's better to have a sock, they don't peel off in it). The result is that daughters in the age of dance can wear shoes to their liking, and I don't have to be afraid of top sports for a boy, when the strain on the body is extreme.
The downside is that you pay for it. The advantage is that when it comes down to it, you eliminate the problems forever. For children, I consider this to be one of the best investments in their lives. I am calm that I have created conditions for them not to have the health or visual effects of flat feet in the future.
Definitely YES for me.
I booked physiotherapy for long-term back pain, arrived at 6:06 pm and apologized for the later arrival. The lady asked me to wait and at 18:30 the lady accepted me. Right from the start, I said we came to VIP therapy, as he says on his website. This therapy is for 90min for 1.500 crowns. The lady immediately spoke on it and began to ask how many times a week I could get it. Nor was she interested in my back and my health. She started with the fact that I should visit her at least once a week for about six months. I replied that I cannot go regularly now, as I am still flying to Paris to the violin professor, so I have no idea when I will be free or not. She replied that I should go to her now those days I would still be in Prague and I replied that I would see. Then she started recommending various therapies, a laser for 2,000, whereupon we said I was only 1,500 that day and that I didn't have any more, with a maximum of 100 crowns, and she would do me some electricity (electricity) for 1,600 crowns. Then I asked a little uncertainly if it was a VIP procedure and she did. She put me down and gave me electricity for half an hour. She said I had weak abdominal muscles and back muscles. So I asked them, it's not enough to start strengthening just the flabby muscles, and I was told that it wouldn't help and that I had to go to her all the time. I waited for 5 minutes after the electric currents before she came, and I could smell cigarettes. Then she massaged my back for about 5 minutes and glued the tapes. Then she said that it was all, that my back was stiff and that I had to come to the laser for 2,000 crowns for the next day (tomorrow and the day after tomorrow). I was shocked and asked if it was the 90 minutes and if she could continue with what she had promised and should keep to. Then she said it was all for today. We started at 18:30 and it was 19:20 at that moment. I said only 40 minutes passed and I ordered 90 minutes. She started searching for a page on her phone and showed me the price there, and said it was a bug on the page. I said, well, I will pay you, but I will give you a bad review because I think it wasn't fair. She began to swear to me that she didn't want my money and to leave. I told her that I understood at the outset that she wanted to get the most money out of me and that I would pay her this and leave a bad review on the internet and that's it. I didn't want to deal with it anymore. At that moment, Mrs. hit me. The whole thing is now my credit, not the lady's, to the police. Further investigation is in the process. I am very sorry that even such behavior can still be encountered, more or less just because of a negative review for dissatisfaction with services. If someone else has encountered a similar situation with this physiotherapy, please feel free to contact me. I definitely do not recommend physiotherapy.
