On May 16th we went to buy a bouquet at the branch in Znojmo, Albert department store. I expect from the florist to come, greet, say what I expect and the florist will help me choose the appropriate flowers and decorations for the bouquet. The lady who served seemed to be annoying her only when we came. I asked her to prepare a bouquet of around 400-450 CZK. We chose 3 roses that we wanted to use. The florist had no willingness and I don't think she even thought about how and how to decorate the bouquet. Communication 0 points. There should be a person working in the flower shop who is willing to advise customers. If I had to summarize in three points what I was missing, they would be: 1) sales capabilities 2) a proactive approach 3) a sense of flower arrangement So we asked if there was another florist in Znojmo and the lady willingly advised us of the (haha) branch of Flowers in lower Kaufland where we met with a completely opposite approach. I'm a little sorry that if I want to publish a contribution, I have to fat at least one star, because yesterday's visit cost 0 points.
