FLEUR imitée, artificial flowers and decorations

I order flowers on 17.04.2019, and I still don't have it. When I log in the website, I could check ordering situation- It show me that on the way(on delivery). but It didn't come finally... so I asked them when they will send it, then they told me I should sent money first. I was surprised, because I didn't have any invoice or payment request before I asked. And I chose to pay directly to delivery when they come . (It was in the option when I ordered it, so I chose it.). I wanted to be sure, so I asked them again " if I pay now, You can delivery it until this week." then They never reply or contact me back till now. It is passed 10 days now. They need money, but will not delivery items you order it. They will ask you, They delivery it already so pay it, but it could not be true. Be careful! Be careful!

Unfortunately, I do not have good experience with this company. We ordered flowers for resale through their e-shop. The order was ready to be picked up, but when a colleague came for it, completely different flowers were ready. They say we have to connect them and it will be almost the same. So a colleague took them and paid for them. But the flowers were a bit cheaper, they cost 480 CZK and the shop charged us a 50% surcharge, because we said we didn't buy over 500 CZK. A colleague did not know it, so we have a flower in the company for almost 800 CZK, which is absolutely not for sale and the customer does not want it even for our purchase price, because he will buy it for half everywhere else on the net. I expected that if we had already taken flowers that we did not order, then at least we would get a wholesale price, which we would receive with our order, which was over 500 CZK. Our price should therefore be 480 CZK and not 800 CZK. Nobody alerted us to that. Unfortunately, one learns through mistakes. The same thing happened to me at this company years ago when it was based in Cejl. A wholesale price of over CZK 1,000 was agreed, but due to a sudden discount, we only had an order for CZK 980, and of course there were other nonsensical surcharges. At the same time, it was enough to say something like that we discounted this, take something for twenty so that you don't pay half as much. Unfortunately, everyone here is silent and pretends not to know. The business conditions are so chaotic that it probably has no e-shop. It would be much better to clearly define wholesale prices and retail prices. Or charge retail and give a wholesale discount for a certain amount rather than charge wholesale and then give some nonsensical surcharges that a lot of people overlook. Not to mention the e-shop, there is also retail for a change at wholesale prices. Can you please tell me who is familiar with this? I have never encountered such a chaotic price list.
