I tried to call this company to clarify some details about a delivery. They hung up the phone the moment I said I dont speak Czech. I have tried to contact the company by email with no reply

Dispatching absolutely does not work. You fill out a transport order and no one takes the completed form into account - some clever lady copied my signature in the e-mail instead of the data in the form (completely different address). I called the dispatchers all day and got to the driver's phone number after about twenty calls. The driver was fine - no problems. The worst road transport of all.

According to the driver, I would like to point out a false message that they allow payment by credit card. Both at the e-shop and in SMS messages about the delivery of a consignment from the company, I was told that it is possible to pay by card, but the reality is different. Another disadvantage is not notifying the probable delivery time, or at least calling that the courier is approaching. When you are waiting for a 20 kg package, it is good to at least know that you have to prepare. Overall, I consider the experience to be negative and I recommend choosing another transport company.

Driver arrogant behavior like beast. Delivery and method only after calling the dispatcher. He immediately sent the driver back, but the life of our street did not experience such a circus as the driver from Brno did here.
