For the second time, it happened to me (my husband once) that the shipment was not delivered to me, even though I paid for the delivery to the address. Yesterday, November 5, an SMS came stating that the shipment would be delivered, but without specifying the delivery time. I was at home all day (I work from home), but no one came. Today, November 6, a message came stating that the addressee had not been reached and that I should pick up the shipment at the post office. I wonder that in times of coronary crisis, they rely on this excuse when most people work from home and spend most of their time at home. I really need the goods from the shipment and unfortunately I don't have time to wait and redirect the shipment to another time. After all, I tried this tentatively in the ČP application. On the one hand, they write to you that it is possible to request delivery again, quoting "Choose the date that suits you best." However, this is not possible, because in the next step you have nothing to choose from, only the information will appear that "the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible". Which the post office is obviously sinning against. I definitely do not recommend this branch, we had other problems with it!

The lady at the counter is very unpleasant, she does not know the greeting. (Pohlová) My friend and I waited there for about 15 minutes before talking to a colleague ... Then the word fell ... Well, please .. Place, Hello .. (no comment) .. Arrogance is not always a good choice. 👎

Long queues all day, open 2 counters from 3. Hour lunch break. When it's your turn, the service is usually helpful and pleasant. The package ended up at the post office several times. If possible, I always choose another carrier.

I've visited several post offices in my life, but none of them have this queue, nice ladies behind the counter, a pleasant environment, I've never had a bad experience 😊

Very above standard post office near me. Usually you can park a few steps from the entrance, usually two or three windows are in operation and usually the queue is shorter than two clients. In addition, the operator is willing to comply and will help with form submission and the like. In the case of parcel delivery, I experienced an unprecedented fact that the delivery man waited for me at the entrance, because the traffic situation delayed me, as he had been willing to arrive with the parcel on the same day for the second time, because he did not reach me at home. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the delivery man throws into my mailbox letters for my name card (only the same surname) and does not distinguish by name - after the notification at the post office it has not been repeated.
