Česká pošta

I’ve always had to wait there 10/15 mins on average. Less during the early morning, more at 4-6pm . It’s just like any other regular Ceska Posta office. It is not perfect but not as bad as described below/above. If you want employees in perfect timing you’re in the wrong country. If you are a foreigner and managed to get a house around this hood you should have realized by now that the issue is not with these specific ceska posta employees, but czech public employees overall. Also have your Czech at hand. As usual , no English is spoken in state premises, but sending letters (even consigned ones) is not rocket science, you’ll get by. ——- However, I was waiting for my tax domicile document for weeks, it was sent as doporucne, which is a consigned letter that needs to be delivered by hand to the person is sent only. Everytime the postman was passing by our place he didnt know about it. We went to the office several times and they were saying the letter wasnt there. Yesterday I went and someone said “hey its here”... Back home I checked the tracking number of the letter (it had one), it was in the office for 1.5 weeks! nobody cared to deliver it or simply check when i went there previous times.

I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of handing over the package using the "Package" method. I went there with reluctance and the knowledge that there were queues and it was the worst post office in the area; someone (the seller or CP redirected the package to me there without my consent). I came there, there were 10 people waiting in the room. At the waiting machine, I immediately entered the package code and within 10 seconds one of the counters with my number beeped. I was out with the package in a minute. I must say that they have improved hoodly in this. I do not evaluate other services, it would not be fair. I give 5 stars for my experience.

Post office decently for two things, unusable during the opening hours, when you have time to close the closing, so you wait X tens of minutes (not all counters are open, especially that there is a classically useless counter for some insurance or something) ... Another thing will come SMS and nothing ..... the pick-up ticket is in the mailbox the next day so I would like to know why the next day when no one at the address found me ..... (Such is the classic mail and its deliverers) ... I give one star that none can be given ... 👏

This mail service won't be right for me at all! It is not possible to call the post office at any time. And delivering parcels to postal employees also seems to say nothing 😤

Last week on Friday, the Czech Post was supposed to deliver the package to me. Due to technical reasons, delivery was postponed to Monday. The young man arrived just as I was away from home for 30 minutes. However, after a telephone agreement, it was not a problem to get around a few other customers and return with my shipment. I would like to refute most of the negative reviews of Slatinská pošta and delivery - that complaint is easier to write than praise. Thank you! :)
