Other times I go from work on Saturday for a registered letter and they tell me that the delivery man has it at home! I have experienced similar situations in about 20 ..

My experience is great except for a few details (but they are always found). Sure, it's about the human factor, and sometimes I come across a worker who just doesn't have a day, but when I needed advice or to do something over the phone, I always met with willingness and helpfulness. And the fact that a lot of people go to the post office and sometimes there are queues I don't deal with, I could get upset every time I go to the supermarket: D.
