Long-term and great satisfaction in this service. Helpfulness and willingness come first. From my personal experience, I can definitely recommend this car service. Mr. Šíma is a person in his place, he knows what he is talking about.

I give 2 stars because of the fact that I have read through the website that also performs a "repas" dpf filter. First I visited Mr. Šíma in the service, where the agreement was OK and a few days later I brought the car to the service. It wasn't so pink here. The receptionist was unpleasant to the moment when I told her that I have with Mr. Sima domluvenej (I understand everyone has always mood). I left the car here saying it should be done in a few days. The filter was sent to an external company. After a week I call, nobody knows anything. I call for another 2 days, still nobody knows anything. The next few days I called that they say they are not able to meet the company. Anyway, the car got to me after almost 3 weeks with the filter cleaned. And I was warned that the EGR valve would also need to be replaced. After driving about 100km. because of long duration, I had another EGR replaced in another service. There I was warned that the error in the diagnostics concerned the DPF filter. I've run out of patience and out of fear, I left the car in an authorized service. After all the surveys I was told that the tubing connected with DPF vice versa, I paid only for the diagnosis and since then everything is fine. When I tried to call Mr. Sim Nouzák and he sounded arrogant, that's like blaming the poor performance. I did not deal with the service and lost thousands more just because of badly connected hoses. I only give 2 stars because the filter is cleaned well and for the initial ordering and negotiation. I commented on the rest. / Earth FoFo MK2 2.0 TDCi 100kw
