Everybody is welcoming and patient, I liked the hospital, though the bureaucracy of this place doesn't let me give the place 5 stars, as I travelled there while being sick at 1-2 PM, and they sent me back saying that I should come back at 4 PM, because of the emergency hours. Still, it is understandable, and I was happy with treatment that I received.

This is the hospital where I gave birth. Staffs that monitored me during labor are so nice and professional also the midwives are perfect I could give them 5stars but there are some staff there that so rude and with bad behavior to think you just gave birth. I will not forget my very bad experience with them specially that woman who's serving the food during meal time. I dont know what her problem in life is but she's so rude I dont know if she learned any manners or even if she has slightest consideration in her self. If she thinks her work is giving her stress then just resign. Don't make patients feel bad out of your sick attitude. And pls next time learn to knock and close the door quietly specially when there's a baby in the room. I can'n even give her one star. Totally rude.

Today's experience with the staff at the surgical outpatient clinic, where they left their 83-year-old father to wait for examinations from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm, is appalling and telling .... they even leave a patient in the hallway on a stretcher moaning in pain while waiting for an ambulance. It took exactly 60 minutes. It's not a hospital, it's a mess on wheels.
